Ordering Online
We have no minimum order quantity and all you need to do is create yourself a password and enter your details to start ordering. These are then saved for next time you shop with us. Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
Placing an order on this website does not constitute a contract agreement. You will be contacted within one business day to confirm the details and agree to the order including any modifications that are required due to changes in stock and/or pricing. Most orders are dealt with the same working day.
Payment
Customers are required to pay in full prior to delivery. Payment by credit/debit card or PayPal only. If you select paypal on confirmation of your order a "Money Request" from Paypal will be e-mailed to you, when we receive confirmation of this payment your goods will be shipped. Alternatively you may call us and we can process your credit or debit card over the phone. Please note that we manually check each order prior to requesting payment so an overnight delay before receiving Paypal requests may occur if the order is placed at night. This enables us to ensure that all goods are examined and packed, ensuring the appropriate shipping rate is charged, this is vital for international orders. Cheques which bounce will incur a £10 charge to cover our bank charges and the extra time and expenses incurred in following up the payment.
***Due to the increased number of cheques failing to clear we no longer accept this as a method of payment. Please do not ask as refusal may offend. We accept credit and debit cards over the telephone. Paypal payments through the email system. On request we can give out our banking details for bank transfer or direct cash payment into our HSBC account.***
Please note that our normal working hours are between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday. An answer phone service is available at all other times.

Shipping
Orders will normally be shipped within one business day of confirmation of payment on the order. For the UK this means an order and payment received prior to noon will usually arrive the following working day. Orders placed and payed for before Friday noon will usually be delivered the following Monday. We use external courier companies and our collection time is 2.30 pm, so an order picked before noon and paid for before 2.20pm will be collected the same day.
Where goods are "made-to-order", out of stock, or other delay occurs an expected delivery date will be given in the order confirmation. All parcels will be "signed for" delivery and will be attempted three times and a calling card left. If goods are not signed for/incorrect delivery information is given. The delivery charge will still stand on the account even if the goods are returned to us.
Delivery in the mainland UK is charged at £10. If you order over £100 we will reduce this to £6.50. Orders over £200 will be delivered for free.
Delivery outside the mainland UK: If you order over £200 we will reduce the delivery charge by £10. For orders over £100 we will reduce the delivery charge by £3.50. When you first place the order a shipping value of £0.00 will be added to our order, we will manually adjust this once the order is accepted to account for location and weight and adjust for the discount described above.

Additionally these prices are per box, we will always endeavor to pack as efficiently as possible and to use the most appropriate cartons to keep the shipping cost down to a minimum. We will always confirm shipping costs with you prior to requesting payment.

Returns
PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONTENTS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. NO CLAIMS ALLOWED AFTER 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ALLOWED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
The goods received may vary slightly in terms of colour and style to those depicted on the website. This is due to variations in manufacturing and will not be considered a valid reason for returning the goods. Please see the terms & conditions for more details.
The following damaged goods policy applies: All of our merchandise is inspected before it is placed for purchase. If merchandise is received damaged, contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment and we will either a)replace the merchandise, if in stock, b) offer a substitute, or c) give you an in house store credit to be used towards future purchases.
Your invoice will indicate where to return your merchandise to. Please contact for an authorization of returns and package the items in the original condition and packaging in which they were received. Elizabeth-Anne Childrenswear Ltd will arrange for collection . Elizabeth-Anne Childrenswear Ltd will pay to have the replacement order shipped back to you.
For returns for any other authorised reason please package the items in the original condition and packaging in which they were received, and ship back to us. If order is lost during shipment it is the buyers responsibility. Return shipping on all items will be paid by the buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively. |
