Ordering Online
We have no minimum order quantity and all you need to do is create yourself a password and enter your details to start ordering. These are then saved for next time you shop with us. Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
Placing an order on this website does not constitute a contract agreement. You will be contacted within one business day to confirm the details and agree to the order including any modifications that are required due to changes in stock and/or pricing. Most orders are dealt with the same working day.
Payment Customers are required to pay in full prior to delivery. Payment by credit/debit card or PayPal only. NO PAYMENT IS TAKEN ON THIS WEBSITE

Please note that we manually check each order prior to requesting payment so an overnight delay before receiving Paypal requests may occur if the order is placed at night. This enables us to ensure that all goods are examined and packed, ensuring the appropriate shipping rate is charged, this is vital for international orders.
***Due to the increased number of cheques failing to clear we no longer accept this as a method of payment. Please do not ask as refusal may offend. We accept credit and debit cards over the telephone. Paypal payments through the email system. On request we can give out our banking details for bank transfer or direct cash payment into our HSBC account.***
Please note that our normal working hours are between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday. An answer phone service is available at all other times.

Shipping
Orders will normally be shipped within one business day of confirmation of payment on the order. For the UK this means an order and payment received prior to noon will usually arrive the following working day. Orders placed and payed for before Friday noon will usually be delivered the following Monday. We use external courier companies and our collection time is 2.30 pm, so an order picked before noon and paid for before 2.20pm will be collected the same day.
Please note that the courier gives us an approximate delivery window for delivery which we will inform you of however neither ourselves or the courier can guarantee this delivery. However we will do everything possible to try and resolve any delayed packages with the couriers.
Where goods are "made-to-order", out of stock, or other delay occurs an expected delivery date will be given in the order confirmation. All parcels will be "signed for" delivery and will be attempted three times and a calling card left. If goods are not signed for/incorrect delivery information is given. The delivery charge will still stand on the account even if the goods are returned to us.
Delivery in the mainland UK is charged at £10. If you order over £100 we will reduce this to £6.50. Orders over £200 will be delivered for free.
Delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands is £18. If you order over £200 we will reduce the delivery charge by £10. For orders over £100 we will reduce the delivery charge by £3.50 FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50. HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
Delivery to other UK offshore regions is listed below. The discount system remains the same.
Delivery outside the mainland UK: If you order over £200 we will reduce the delivery charge by £10. For orders over £100 we will reduce the delivery charge by £3.50. When you initially place the order a shipping value of £0.00 will be added to the invoice, we will manually adjust this once the order is accepted to account for location and weight and adjust for the discount described above.

If the recipient refuses to pay required import taxes/duties, the customs agency may prevent delivery and return or destroy the package, in which case the customer will not receive a full refund and may receive no refund based on the following: 1)For international orders denied entry or delivery by customs for any reason (including failure of the recipient to pay import duties/taxes) or refused by the recipient, the customer will not be refunded for the original shipping charge or for any charges assessed by the courier for return shipment to us. As such, no refund will be issued if the cost of return shipment exceeds the value of the product. If the value of the product exceeds the cost of return shipment, a partial refund for the difference will be issued once the product is returned. 2)If the customs agency destroys the package due to the recipient's failure to accept delivery or pay the required import duties/taxes, the value of the merchandise will also not be refunded to the customer. In this case, no refund will be issued.

The following damaged goods policy applies: All of our merchandise is inspected before it is placed for purchase. If merchandise is received damaged, contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment and we will either a)replace the merchandise, if in stock, b) offer a substitute, or c) give you an in house store credit to be used towards future purchases.
Your invoice will indicate where to return your merchandise to. Please contact for an authorization of returns and package the items in the original condition and packaging in which they were received. Elizabeth-Anne Childrenswear Ltd will arrange for collection . Elizabeth-Anne Childrenswear Ltd will pay to have the replacement order shipped back to you.
For returns for any other authorised reason please package the items in the original condition and packaging in which they were received, and ship back to us. If order is lost during shipment it is the buyers responsibility. Return shipping on all items will be paid by the buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Complaints If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively. |
